One of the requirements to take a test drive in a vehicle at a dealership is that you have a valid driver’s license. If you do not have it, you will be sent home to get it before you can get behind the wheel of the vehicle.
Bring Any Important Cargo With you
You may have cargo that you carry with you in your vehicle on a regular basis. It might be a good idea to bring it with you for the test drive to see how well it fits into the vehicle that you are considering. For example, if you have a baby, bring your car seat with you to make sure that it fits properly into the vehicle. Making sure everything fits before you actually buy the vehicle can prevent headaches later on.

Bring a Notepad on the Test Drive
